New deepblue showcase sites

Deepblue is proud to announce the forthcoming release of a number of new specialist websites detailing the company's extensive video, Flash and 3D production work.

For years we've been told we should build a Flash-only website but, being honest, we still get such positive feedback on the existing Deepblue design, it's been hard to justify changing it. By setting up these individual domains, we'll now be able to profile our considerable Flash, video and 3D portfolios without having to take down the main Deepblue site.

The new domains which we're currently developing are:

A showcase portfolio site detailing our video and Flash skills. Again, we made the video first - the main site will come after . . .

VideoAberdeen
A showcase portfolio detailing our video editing and production skills

In each case, we hope to have the sites ready within the next couple of weeks. Please note, in each case, these videos were originally produced at Hi-Def 1920 x 1080 ie Full HD output. They look stunning on a 42" HD plasma ;)

We're also working on a number of other projects - details of which we'll post here later this month.

Summer summed up

Summer summed up - It rained . . . and then it rained some more. Regardless, it's been a busy season for Deepblue. Along with the work below, we managed to make trips to see the Foo's in Manchester in June, T in the Park in July and Hydro Connect in August. It rained at all of them - but it takes more than the odd torrential downpour to dampen a strong spirit :)

Also features Flash video upload function and intelligent, membership-based shop area. Note - design supplied by Stewart and Wu.

Duvet Duck website
We're also working on an e-commerce project for Duvet Duck which will go live later this week.

Cattery website
We're also working on a new website and booking system for an Aberdeen cattery. This site should also go live in the next week or so.

Jenna Robertson site
Deepblue has also been commissioned to make a number of changes to singer Jenna Robertson's website, including a new Flash streaming video section.

Third party work

Stewart and Wu mobile site
We're also working on a new website for Stewart and Wu aimed at mobile and handheld users complete with product verification system. More details to follow.

Deepblue video and presentation site
We've also almost completed a new Deepblue promo video which we hope to put live this week, complete with a new online presentation of our work.
